Leander Crocker

Post Doctoral Researcher

Leander holds MChem from University of Southampton and during his studies did Master’s Research Placement at University of Toronto in Andrew Wooley’s group. He loves synthesizing new molecules and joined the Fruk group in 2016 to work on design and synthesis of novel bio-inspired materials to act as artificial enzymes for use in catalysis and medicine. Outside of the lab, he is a keen lacrosse player and is co-captain of the Cambridge University Lacrosse Club. He also enjoy listening to music and providing the entertainment by playing the departmental piano.
